a i don’t understand why people make mashed potatoes from a mix. mashed potatoes aren’t even hard. they are ridiculously easy.
what? you’re busy and don’t have time to boil potatoes? put the potatoes on and do something else while they boil. i did a couple miles on the elliptical.
also, IFC is showing Freaks & Geeks. it’s glorious. i own it on DVD, but i find a certain in knowing that others are watching it right now, too, and being delighted.
